Description [0001] The invention relates to a system for mounting a ceiling-mounted luminaire on a ceiling.
Such a system is known from the prior art, in which a mounting tray is first attached to the ceiling for mounting; the ceiling trough has edge-side four downwardly projecting metal springs. The luminaire itself has a frame element and is connected with the ceiling trough for mounting such that it frictionally engages around the sheet metal springs with the frame element and is thus held on the ceiling trough.
Recent pertinent provisions now stipulate that the connection must be designed to hold five times the weight of the luminaire. It is still desirable that the light, for example, for maintenance, without damage can be separated again from the ceiling trough. Due to the so demanded force of the plate springs is now a correspondingly high force required for the assembly and disassembly. Hereby the handling of the lamp is significantly impaired.
The invention has for its object to provide a corresponding improved system for mounting a ceiling-mounted luminaire on a ceiling; In particular, the system should enable improved handling while maintaining a reliable holding function.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the object mentioned in the independent claim. Particular embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, there is provided a system for mounting a ceiling-mounted luminaire on a ceiling, comprising a first component and a second component.
In this case, a first of the two components is a support element for the Deckenanbau¬leuchte, which is intended to be attached to the ceiling and the second of the two components is a device carrier, which is an integral part of the ceiling light fixture or einseparates part, the first component has a first connection element and the second component a second connection element, wherein the device support is held by an interaction between the first connection element and the second connection element on the support element. The interaction between the first connecting element and the second connecting element is formed by a positive connection.
Characterized in that the interaction is not, as in the prior art, formed by a positive connection, but by a positive connection, a particularly reliable holder of the lamp can be achieved on the support element, wherein a simple disassembling lamp by loosening the Positive locking is possible. In principle, less force is required to release the corresponding positive connection than to release a corresponding frictional connection.
Preferably, the first connecting element comprises a wire spring and the second connecting element at least one link guide element for deflecting the wire spring, wherein the positive connection between the wire spring and the at least one Kulissenführungs¬element is formed. As a result, a particularly reliable mounting of the luminaire and simple operation of the system for mounting and dismounting the luminaire is possible with a simple design option.
Preferably, the wire spring is arranged under prestress on the first component. In this way it is possible that during the assembly of the lamp, the wire spring moves automatically in the form-locking position. Thus, a particularly simple mounting of the lamp is possible.
Preferably, the first component comprises a, in a cross-section U-shaped component with two opposite side walls, wherein the wire spring is mounted on a first of the two side walls and disposed adjacent to the second of the two side walls. This allows a particularly simple and reliable design of the system.
Preferably, in this case, the first side wall has a passage opening for the wire spring and / or the second side wall a passage opening for the Drahtfeder.Hierdurch a particularly reliable and suitable arrangement of the wire spring on the first component allows.
Preferably, the wire spring on two legs, which are arranged with respect to the cross-sectionally U-shaped member extending longitudinally outside the first side wall extending. This makes it possible to achieve particularly suitable spring forces of the wire spring.
Preferably, the wire spring comprises a handle member which is arranged with respect to the cross-sectionally U-shaped member extending outside the second side wall.Durch the handle member can be achieved that the wire spring for releasing the frictional connection can be particularly easily moved ,
Preferably, the system is designed such that by a movement of the handle element, the wire spring is deformed such that thereby the positive connection between the wire spring and the at least one slotted guide element is achieved. As a result, a particularly simple or easy-to-use release of the frictional connection and thus a dismantling of the luminaire is made possible.
Preferably, the second component has guide elements for guiding the wire spring during the movement of the grip element. This allows a particularly guided movement of the wire spring during the disassembly of the luminaire and thus a particularly reliable functioning of the system.
Preferably, the at least one slotted guide element is formed by an approximately trapezoidal flap with recesses on the long base side of the trapezoidal shape. As a result, a particularly simple and reliable design of the sliding guide element is made possible.
Preferably, the second connecting element further comprises at least one further guide cam element, which is designed analogous to the first-mentioned link guide element, wherein the positive connection between the wire spring on the one hand and the Kulissenfüh¬ guiding element and the other link guide element is formed on the other. As a result, a particularly stable two-sided mounting of the lamp is made possible on the support element.
Preferably, the second component comprises a, in a cross-section U-shaped component with two U-legs, wherein the sliding guide element and the further Kulissen¬ guide element are formed on the two U-legs. This allows a particularly stable mounting of the luminaire and safe operation of the system.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment and with reference to the drawings. In the drawings: FIG. 1 shows a perspective sketch with edge regions of a carrier element and of a
Device carrier according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the two parts are not shown connected to each other, Fig. 2 shows a further corresponding perspective sketch, in which the two genann¬ th components are further shown approximately to each other, Fig. 3 shows a corresponding perspective sketch, which shows the two components mentioned connected to one another as intended, wherein the carrier element is transparently sketched, and FIG. 4 shows a sketch corresponding to FIG. 3, whereby, however, the wire spring is deformed such that the positive connection over which the luminaire is held on the carrier element is released, so that the luminaire can be dismantled.
A system according to the invention is suitable for mounting a ceiling-mounted luminaire on a ceiling. The system comprises a first component 1, which is partially sketched in FIG. 1 and which in the exemplary embodiment shown here is provided by a carrier element 1 for the ceiling mounted luminaire. The support element 1 is intended to be fixed to the ceiling and to hold the ceiling-mounted luminaire to the ceiling. For attachment to the ceiling, the support element 1 preferably has holes 19, which are provided for a passage of appropriate (not shown in the figures) connecting elements for connecting the Trä¬gerelements 1 with the ceiling, for example in the form of screws.
Furthermore, the system comprises a second component 2, which is given by a device carrier 2 in Bei¬spiel shown here. The second component 2 can generally be an integral part of the ceiling-mounted luminaire, for example a ceiling element of the ceiling-mounted luminaire or else a separate part which is intended to be connected to the ceiling-mounted luminaire.
A (not shown in the figures) light source of the surface-mounted luminaire is arranged on the second component or held on the device carrier 2.
In Fig. 1 the device carrier 2 is shown separated from the support element 1. In FIG. 3, the device carrier 2 is shown connected to the carrier element 1 as provided for holding the ceiling-mounted surface-mounted luminaire, the carrier element 1 being delineated in a transparent manner so that enclosed structures or elements can be seen. Fig. 2 shows an intermediate position in which the two components 1.2 are closer to each other than in the illustration of Figure 1, but not yet connected together as intended.
The carrier element 1 has a first connecting element 4, in the Ausfüh¬rungsbeispiel shown in the form of a wire spring 4 and the device carrier 2 has a second Verbin¬ element 5, here in the form of at least one slide guide element 5 for deflection of the wire spring 4. The design The system is in such a way that the device carrier 2 is arranged by an interaction between the first connecting element or the wire spring 4 and the second connecting element or the at least one slotted guide element 5 held on the carrier element 1, in particular reversibly detachably arranged on the Trä¬gerelement 1 is arranged , In this case, the system is designed such that this Wech¬selwirkung is formed by a positive connection.
To dismantle the ceiling mounting light from the support element 1, the positive engagement can be achieved by a movement of the wire spring 4, as will be explained in more detail below.
The slide guide element 5 is preferably formed by an approximately trapezoidal tab having recesses 51 on the long base side or base of the trapezoidal shape. The tab tapers on both sides towards the top, thus it has upwardly convergent legs.
In the connected state engages the formation of the positive connection, the wire spring 4 in this two recesses 51 and engages under these two recesses 51. As shown in Fig. 3 bei¬spielhaft, in the example shown, the second connecting element also has a further slide guide element 5 ' , which is designed analogously to the first-mentioned Kulissenfüh¬ rungselement 5, that is also corresponding recesses 51 ', wherein the Formschluss between the wire spring 4 on the one hand and the gate guide element 5 and the other gate guide element 5' is formed on the other. As a result, a particularly reliable mounting of the ceiling mounted light on the support element 1 is made possible.
For a violent release of the connection by pulling on the Deckenanbau¬leuchte down vertically would be required due to the connection described a force with which the wire spring 4 would be sheared off accordingly.
The carrier element 1 has in the example shown, in a cross-section U-shaped component 15, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in Fig. 1. Thus, the component 15 has two opposite side walls 11,12. The two side walls 11,12 are preferably designed parallel to each other. The two side walls 11, 12 are preferably connected to each other via a base plate 151, which is intended to be arranged for attachment to the ceiling parallel to the latter. The above-mentioned holes 19 are preferably formed in this base plate 151. The side walls 11 are preferably designed vertically aligned. Preferably, the component 15 is overall trough-shaped, so that it has, for example, four side walls.
The wire spring 4 is mounted on a first of the two side walls 11 and arranged adjacent to the second of the two side walls 12. Preferably, the wire spring 4 is biased held on the support member 1, in particular so that the wire spring 4 presses against the second side wall 12 due to the bias.
A particularly good leadership of the wire spring 4 is made possible when the first Seiten¬wand 11 has a passage opening 13 for the wire spring 4 and / or the second Sei¬tenwand 12 has a passage opening 14 for the wire spring 4. The passage opening 13 of the first side wall 11 is preferably formed in the shape of a horizontal slot, wherein the wire spring 4 passes through this slot with two places. The same applies to the passage opening 14 of the second side wall 12.
The first side wall 11 preferably also has two holes or Ausnehmun¬gen 16, 17, in which the wire spring 4 is intervene with its two end portions 45, 46 engages.
The wire spring 4 further preferably comprises two legs 41, 42, which are arranged with respect to the cross-sectionally U-shaped member 15 extending longitudinally outside the first side wall 11streckend. The two legs 41, 42 may each be approximately trapezoidal. In particular, a first of the two legs 41 extends between the first of the two recesses 16 on the one hand and the slot-shaped passage opening 13 of the first side wall 11 on the other hand and the second of the two legs 42 extends between the second of the two recesses 17 on the one hand and the slot-shaped Durch¬führungsöffnung 13 of the first Side wall 11 on the other. As a result, a particularly suitable suspension or mounting of the wire spring 4 is formed on the carrier element 1.
Further preferably, the wire spring 4 comprises a handle member 43, which is arranged with respect to the cross-sectionally U-shaped member 15 extending outside of the second side wall 12 extending. Preferably, the wire spring 4 is shaped so that the handle element 43 is due to the bias from the outside against the second side wall 12 oppressively angeordnet.Vorzugsweise the handle member 43 has for this purpose two protruding side legs 431, 432auf, with respect to the two lateral ends the slot-shaped passage opening 14 of the second side wall 12 extend beyond the latter and in this way press against the side wall 12 accordingly. The grip element 43 can be shaped overall such that it defines a trapezoidal shape, wherein the shorter base side is formed parallel to the second side wall 12 and thereby points away from the latter, while the two side legs 431, 433 define the longer base side or base of the trapezoidal shape is.
Preferably, the gripping element 43 is connected to the two legs 41, 42 by way of two, in a first approximation, parallel leg 47, 48, which extend between the two side walls 11, 12. The transverse legs 47, 48 extend preferentially at right angles to the two side walls 11, 12th
The design is such that, by pulling the handle member 43 in a direction away from the second side wall 43, as indicated by an arrow P in Fig. 3, as by horizontal pulling when the support member 1 is mounted, the wire spring 4 can be deformed so that the two transverse legs 47, 48 are moved in a first approximation along their longitudinal axes, ie in a direction transverse to the two Seiten¬wänden 11, 12. The design is further such that after a subsequent release of the handle 43, the wire spring 43 due to their bias again assumes its ur¬ nual, provided for the supporting connection position in which the Griffele¬ment 43 as described against the second side wall 12 suppressed.
4, a situation is sketched in which the grip element 43 is deflected by said pulling against its bias.
Between the handle element 43 and the two transverse legs 47, 48, the Drahtfe¬der 4 two mutually facing indentations 471.481, which engage under the recesses 51 to form the Formschlus¬ses when the device carrier 2 as provided on the Trä¬gerelement 1 is arranged. In this case, the design continues to be such that these two indentations 471, 481 are displaced outward with respect to the second side wall 12 for releasing the positive locking by the aforementioned pulling of the grip element 43. Insbeson¬dere can be provided that at the end of the pulling movement, the wire spring 4 moves so far. is deflected against its bias that the two transverse legs 47, 48, the Durchführungsöffnung 14 of the second side wall 12 penetrated and the recesses 471, 481 extend outside of this passage opening 14. Accordingly, the two transverse legs 47, 48 preferably have a mutual distance which is greater than the long base side of the trapezoidal shape formed by the lug of the slide guide element 5.
Between the two legs 41,42 of the wire spring 4 and the two transverse legs 47, 48, the wire spring 4 preferably has two further indentations 472, 482, which are formed ana¬log to the first two indentations 471,481 and vor¬ for The two legs 41, 42 of the wire spring 4 allow during the pulling movement advantageous that these two further indentations 472, 482 for releasing the positive connection in Direction to the second Side wall 12 to be moved, and so the recesses 51 'of the other cam guide element 5' release.
Accordingly, the system is preferably designed such that by pulling the handle member 43, the wire spring 4 is deformed so that thereby the positive connection zwi¬schen the wire spring 4 and the at least one slide guide element 5, 5 'is released.
In the illustrated embodiment, the device carrier 2 guide elements 22 for guiding the wire spring 4, in particular the two transverse legs 47, 48 in the movement or. when pulling the handle member 43. The guide elements 22 can advantageously also be designed as stop elements that fix an end position of the pulling movement, for example by abutment of the two further indentations 472, 482, as indicated by way of example in FIG. 4.
Preferably, the device carrier 2 a, in a cross-section U-shaped member 25with two U-legs, wherein the slide guide element 5 and the other Kulissenfüh¬ guide element 5 'are formed on the two U-legs. This component 25 is, for example, trough-shaped. Preferably, the design is such that the U-shaped component 25 of the Geräte¬ carrier 2 with its two U-legs between the two side walls 11, 12 of the U-shaped member 15 of the support member 1 engages when the equipment carrier 2 as provided with the carrier element 1 is connected. As a result, a particularly reliable or stable arrangement of the wire spring 4 relative to the slide guide element 5 and the other Kulis¬senführungselement 5 'allows.
The guide elements 22 may advantageously - as can be seen, for example, from FIG. 3 - formed by punching the bottom wall of the component 25 between the two gate guide elements 5, 5 '.
Due to the trapezoidal shape of the slotted guide element 5, it can be achieved that the ceiling-mounted luminaire for connection to the carrier element 1 can simply be moved vertically from below upwards, so that the two indentations 471, 481 slide along and through the trapezoidal lugs of the slotted guide element 5 on the two legs pressed apart or spread apart, until they finally grab or snap under the two recesses 51 due to the Feder¬. This makes it possible that the ceiling mounted luminaire can be mounted without tools.
To loosen the surface-mounted luminaire or for disassembly, the grip element 43 can be pulled as described, whereby the positive connection is released and the Deckenanbau¬ lamp can be removed or removed from the support member 1.
For securing it can furthermore be provided that a further holding element, preferably in the form of at least one spiral spring 6, is arranged between the carrier element 1 and the device carrier 2, which is designed to hold the surface-mounted surface-mounted luminaire to the carrier element 1 when the positive connection is released.
In the described embodiment, the wire spring 4 is arranged on the carrier element 2 and the slide guide element 5 on the equipment carrier 2. Alternatively, the design can be chosen the other way around in an analogous manner, so that the wire spring 4 is arranged on the device carrier 2 and the slide guide element 5 on the Carrier element 1.
For example, as shown schematically in FIG. 2, in the exemplary embodiment shown, the carrier element 1 is generally elongate, wherein the wire spring 4 is arranged on an end region of the carrier element 1. Of course, at the gegenüberliegen¬den end portion of the support member 1 in a similar manner another, analogously designed connection to the connection described be provided or a total of several corre sponding connections along the longitudinal axis of the support element 1. This allows the stability and safety of the mounting of the ceiling mount light on the support member 1 wei¬tergehend increase.
With the system according to the invention a particularly simple and secure mounting of the ceiling-mounted luminaire on the carrier element 1 and dismantling of the Trä¬gerelement 1 is possible. The system allows a comparatively simple and space-saving design.
